We are people driven by social awareness and a commitment to humanism.
We embrace our faith in Humanity, in Politics, and in Education.
Our purpose is to nurture Education as a living, evolving process. That is why the Foundation supports, accompanies, funds, and protects Escuela Alegría Ahora.
We are guided by the Pedagogy of Political Love, inspired by Popular Education and the ideas of Paulo Freire.
We firmly believe that the world is not yet written, because where everything says NO, a school plants seeds of Humanity that grow and make the world a better place.
A little bit, but every day. With Alegría (joy), and Ahora (now).

MISSION
Extreme inequality means growing up in an environment without opportunities, where hunger, cold, and violence shape childhood. In these circumstances, access to education becomes impossible. Our mission is to create opportunities for a dignified life, ensuring that Human Rights become a reality.
We provide nutritious food, comprehensive healthcare, clothing, and daily access to culture.
VISION
We transform lives through education. We embrace the responsibility of nurturing social awareness and empathy, fostering an inclusive perspective that embraces all stages of life and every living being on Earth.
At its heart, this project is a sanctuary for life and a space for humanity, dedicated to building a future where education is dignified, accessible, and transformative for our community.
DEMOCRACY
It is how we live together and make decisions.
It means listening to every voice, even the quietest ones. It means teaching that we all have the right to express our opinions, to choose, and to be part of the process.
It means trusting that we are always stronger together than we are alone.
INCLUSION
It means creating spaces where no one is left out, where everyone can learn, play, make mistakes, and grow.
It is the driving force that inspires us to see every person with love and respect, so that everyone can find their voice, their opportunity, and their place.
It means embracing our differences so we can grow together.
POLITICAL LOVE
It is what moves us to show up, to get involved, and to refuse to be indifferent.
It means loving others through action and creating meaningful, tangible change. It means believing that love can also transform societies...
To love politically is to commit ourselves to every individual story and plant seeds of hope wherever they are needed most.
SOCIAL SENSITIVITY
It is the ability to feel and respond to the needs and challenges of those around us. It means being aware of injustice, recognizing suffering, and taking concrete action to improve the quality of life in our community by creating spaces of support and care that nurture both children and adults.
HUMANISM
It is the philosophy that guides us and reminds us of the intrinsic value of every human being. We work with the conviction that every person deserves respect, dignity, and opportunities to reach their full potential.

Every year, we create a new “Book Agenda.” This project not only captures the most meaningful moments at our school through photographs and stories, but also shares the life stories of the people who make it what it is.
The Agenda Book is much more than a simple calendar; it is a reflection of our identity, our achievements, and our hopes for the future.
